The Creative Process
STEP 1: LET’S SEE IF WE’RE A GOOD FIT.
Let’s see if we’re a good fit. Complete our initial contact form here and someone from our team will schedule a consultation with you.
We’ll discuss your project needs along with the vision that you have for your company/design. We talk timelines and pricing and if we think that we might be a good fit for each other and we will send over an estimate to be approved. Once you have approved the estimate we will invoice you for a 50% deposit to be placed on our design calendar.
STEP 2: CREATIVE DISCOVERY, RESEARCH & INSPIRATION
We’ll have you create a Pinterest mood board to share with us. On the mood board you will add things that speak to you and the vision that you have for your company. The mood board can contain everything from images to font, to colors and photographs. Alternate methods are also available.
STEP 3: DESIGN IT!
Your designer will review your creative brief and Pinterest board and come up with 4 logo mock-ups. We generally present the first rounds of mock-ups in black and white. The reason that we present the first samples in black and white is because:
- We want to make sure that your logo looks good in black and white
- To make you are not distracted by the color.
You’ll have the opportunity to request up to 4 rounds of revisions. We want you to LOVE your new logo!
Once we have got the overall look and shape right we will refine it and add color.

STEP 4: DELIVERY
So, by now we have finished your dope new logo. We will send you your final files in the following formats: AI, PSD, EPS, PNG and JPG (hi and low resolution). Depending on what package you chose, you will also receive a brand styling guide that will include your unique color palette, patterns and logo sub marks.
